Listing, Searching and Managing Orders

In order to manage your Live Chat Orders, you need to search for them from your Control Panel with JT Web Properties, and access their Order Details view. To do so, follow the simple steps mentioned below:

  1. Login to your Control Panel:

    Resellers do so from http://webm138939.myorderbox.com/reseller.
    Customers do so from http://webm138939.myorderbox.com/customer.
     
  2. Once logged in to your Control Panel,

    Resellers, go to Products -> Search -> Live Chat Service Search.
    Customers, go to Live Chat Services -> Search.
     
  3. Search for the domain name for which the Live Chat Service has been purchased.
     
    IMPORTANT
     
    • To list all Orders, leave all search parameters blank and select the Order Creation Date as All after selecting the Within radio button.
       
    • Resellers can search for all Orders belonging to their Sub-Resellers by selecting the Search Orders of Sub-Resellers check box.
       
     
  4. In the next page, you would see a list of all domain names, with Live Chat Service bought through JT Web Properties. Click any of the domain names to reach its Order Details view, from where you can perform any modifications to the Order.
     
  5. Clicking the Manage Live Chat link will take you to the Registered members area.
